We booked three rooms for the family. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but basic requests could be awkward. They only had one wine opener and made a fuss when we asked to borrow it. One evening we accidentally locked our key card inside the room. It was 10pm and we couldn’t find any staff. Luckily, the security guard thought to look for a parcel with the owner’s phone number, or we might have been locked out until morning. He had no emergency contact number and said this had happened before, but they still weren’t prepared. That’s not what I’d expect from a hotel. My family are vegetarian and brought a rice cooker because it’s hard for them to find suitable food. Staff said they couldn’t use it outside the room. The theme park was okay, since my niece and nephew enjoyed it. But the waiter hadn’t been told about their diet and served bacon in the Carbonara. There’s a lack of management and coordination. This place has potential, but needs to understand the importance of customer service.

The fireworks have been going off nonstop for several days, and the noise is extremely disturbing for the neighborhood. Cats, dogs, and other animals are scared and traumatized. Once would be fine, but keeping it up like this is crazy and inconsiderate. Please respect the community and stop disturbing everyone.

There’s plenty of room to stroll in the evening or jog in the morning. The place feels almost like a seaside getaway rather than Chiang Mai, and the staff worked quickly to sort things out. Food was better, and families with children can enjoy the rides.
