The room was comfortable and super clean, service was good, and they have a really nice pool. I loved how good the toiletries smelled. The food was good too, tasty though nothing extravagant.

The room design makes the air feel stuffy, and the circulation is poor enough to leave you breathless. The air conditioner is extremely noisy, and the TV for the whole building doesn't work at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room suits me really well. It’s comfortable for both relaxing and getting work done, and it has the one-bedroom setup, new furniture, big HD LCD TV, air conditioning, and low price I’d always wanted. I don’t get that depressed feeling I had in a big Bangkok building. The staff are chatty, helpful, and speak pretty good English. There’s restaurant room service, laundry, water for 1 baht per liter, and Candle Coffee next door. Internet is unlimited and very fast, maybe 30 mb/s. A shuttle can take you to the main road, but this still isn’t a convenient area yet. Mostly Thai people live here and work in central CM, so you need a motorbike. There are ten coffee shops and restaurants on the 3044th road, about 5-7 minutes away. It’s also near night safari and the huge royal rajapruek park, where lots of Thai people exercise in the afternoon. You can ride a bicycle on the quiet, safe roads here, or have fun at a playground with your children. I find that more fun than CMU, santitham, or other convenient areas. There are good coffee shops where you can have a huge coffee by the river. My favorite is Baan Kratai Adventure, near fondcome village. It’s awesome quality and not pricey :P The swimming pool is supposed to be ready at the end of the year.

The rooms are spacious and clean, so this works well for either a family visit or a business trip. It’s also in a very convenient spot, about 20 minutes from the airport.
