I came from India for a vacation and really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and humble, and the service was really good. Laundry costs 50 baht and was good. There's a 7-Eleven about five minutes away.

The building was being repainted, and the thinner smell got into the room. My pillowcase was torn, so I had to ask for another one, and there were only a few Thai TV channels. The room AC had an issue but was fixed after they swapped it for the factory remote control. Some motorcycle noise at night, though the Night Market and Walking Street are within walking distance.

A solid base for 1-3 days in Phuket Town. The location is good, the rooms are basic and clean, and the staff are professional.

The roomy parking area was convenient, and the clean, comfortable room had the dependable Hop Inn feel. It's close to popular sights and good local food. Go Benz Rice Porridge Phuket and Nueng Nom Nua are both easy to walk to, so no need to worry about parking.

I enjoyed this stay more than any of the five-star hotels I've been to. It's quiet and very clean, close to the Old Town, with convenience stores and laundries nearby. Thanks to receptionist Eve for the warm welcome and great hospitality.
