Malisa Villa Suites

On our third visit, we were already glad to know we'd be happy to come back. The hotel sits in a lively area, yet inside it feels secluded, private, and peaceful, with greenery all around like a garden paradise. I sleep better here than anywhere else because it's so quiet and stress-free. Breakfast is a 10/10, and the staff are warm, sincere professionals. Daniel helped us check in, and his kindness and professionalism are among the first things I remember about the hotel.

The pool at our villa barely got any sun where you could actually lie out, so we went outside for that. Still, we had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. It's just steps from the main beach, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Though close to the action, it's far enough back that you don't hear it. Daniel at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was excellent and very high standard. We also tried it in the villa, where it wasn't quite as good, but it was still worth doing.

That room scent was amazing. I wish I'd asked the staff where it came from so I could buy some myself. The villa was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and so Instagrammable; the pool was clean, and my 3-year-old toddler loved it. The price also seemed reasonable compared with other villas and hotels nearby, and I'd definitely stay again on a return to Phuket. I was unsure about booking after seeing comments about the place being old, a dirty pool, or poor service. I'm glad I went anyway. The stay was honestly one of the best and most comfortable I've had. It's less than a five-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The service was top-notch too. Everyone we passed greeted us with a bright smile and was friendly and helpful.

My proposal at Malisa Hotel went incredibly well, and I'm deeply grateful to Malisa for being part of such an important moment in my life. I'm William (Hung Wei Chen), and I checked in on December 18. The thoughtful service and lovely surprises you arranged moved my wife deeply.
