Sira Grande Hotel and Spa

The rooftop pool was a nice extra, and the staff there were lovely and attentive. We also slept well on the huge, comfortable bed, with strong air conditioning and a shower that had great pressure and properly hot water. The room could use a decor refresh, and the walls are a bit thin, though noisy neighbors are the issue there. We liked the mountain-facing room for its quiet, and the electronic cleaning and do-not-disturb controls were a thoughtful touch. Staff stored our bags when we arrived early, then brought them up to the room when we came back. Breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit, sushi, Thai and Western choices, pasta, omelettes, and waffles. The nearby food market smells of fish, but that's outside the hotel's control, and we enjoyed eating there. It isn't right on the beach, though it's a short walk. We switched here after a terrible stay elsewhere in Phuket, and this felt like a breath of fresh air. I'd consider it again for a bit of comfort in Phuket.

The location is excellent, and the hotel has the services a guest might need. Everyone treated us warmly. Special thanks to Han, Lili, Vivi, and Aung for their kindness and good manners. Wishing the whole team success and happiness.

Vivi made our rooftop time so good, and she's the reason I enjoyed staying here. She's such a lovely person. I only want to come back when Vivi is here, and she deserves a raise.

We had a lovely view from the room, and the thoughtful little details throughout our stay stood out. The whole team made us feel welcome. Highly recommend it.
