We chose this place to be near terminal 2 before travelling to kohphangan, and you get what you pay for. The staff were so nice, the room was clean, and the bed was okay, but the toilet smelled bad. It’s close to the road and noisy, and there’s no safe box. They took a 100bath key deposit.

At night you can hear everything from the next room because the rooms aren’t soundproof at all. The place is okay for cleanliness, and there seem to be typical student dorms nearby. It’s easy enough to find, though the building looks like an old structure that’s been renovated and extended. For 800 baht a room, I don’t think it’s really justified.
