This was the only place nearby where I could stay for a month. It cost 9,000 thb for the month, then they charged me around 4,000 for electricity. I’d paid around 1,000 for the same usage elsewhere before. And as you can see, it’s dirty.

The condo feels new and cozy. The reception staff are friendly and willing to help. Their English isn't great, but we could still communicate.
