The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind after a busy day in Bangkok, and we’d happily stay here again. Our room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the recent renovation made the space feel fresh and modern. Staff were welcoming and helpful at every point, from the General Manager to the concierge at the entrance. The hotel is right in the center, so getting around by BTS, taxi, or on foot was easy. Breakfast had a good range, and we were glad to find smoked salmon as well.

Jinny from the breakfast buffet team was so attentive. She made sure the warm water I asked for stayed warm enough while we were there. Thank you! We had a family room with lots of space and comfortable queen size beds. It was very quiet, with almost no street noise. The lobby felt a bit small and not especially grand, but the friendly staff made up for that.

The rooms were lovely, roomy, and really quiet. I loved that. The hotel is also in a fantastic spot, with easy access to different city highlights. The food was fresh and delicious, and everyone provided such kind, helpful service. Jinny at the main restaurant was especially sweet and attentive.

I’ve only been here a few hours, but I already feel this will be the best stay I’ve had. The room is well appointed, the amenities are great, and everything feels just right. The care put into each part of the hotel really shows. If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the moment I arrived, every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I also met the hotel manager, JP, who was very kind. I’m glad I chose Radisson Chateau De Bangkok. Thank you all.

Our room was spotless, and the bellboys took our luggage up for us. The food is excellent, the pool is wonderful, and the hotel is in a very clean area. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. At reception, Kate and her colleague, Non, greeted us warmly and spoke to us kindly. They got our room ready as quickly as they could. The experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bangkok has been impeccable.
