The Okura Prestige Bangkok

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of stations and friendly, attentive staff who were always smiling. My room was spotless, well equipped, and had a beautiful view. Khun Pimsuda, the manager, personally walked me to the room and kindly explained the facilities and nearby area. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made the visit especially memorable. Check-in was smooth, and the atmosphere felt elegant but warm from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok and would definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, with a huge selection that included Japanese dishes. There’s also a Seven Eleven open 24 hours inside the building, which is a big plus. The room felt cosy and had a lovely view, and getting there is easy thanks to the walkway connecting it to the station. Service was great too. Every staff member I met spoke English very fluently. I also met the GM, who really impressed me. He seemed to embody customer satisfaction himself, leading by example rather than just managing from behind the scenes. A true gentleman. It’s a Japanese hotel brand with a very international, top class feel. Don’t come expecting an “Onsen”, but do look forward to the top class infinity swimming pool!

The staff made this stay feel welcoming from start to finish. Everyone we met was warm, polite, attentive, and professional, and housekeeping kept our room in perfect shape throughout. The room itself was spacious, elegant, very clean, and had beautiful city views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were high quality. We especially loved the infinity pool and its skyline views. Breakfast was another highlight: a huge, beautifully presented spread with excellent food, including both international choices and authentic Japanese dishes. It felt closer to fine dining than a usual hotel buffet. The Okura Bangkok gave us a luxurious, relaxing stay and went beyond what we expected. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

We only spent one night here, so take this with a grain of salt, but I had a really good time. If you're worn out from traveling and don't feel like heading out, we had the best meal of my life at Elements. Highly recommend! The lobby and the view are beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Everything else went smoothly, though check-in was a little slow. The staff were friendly, so it wasn't a big deal. If I’m being fussy, I would’ve liked a double sink vanity in the room. Still, a very nice stay.
