CA Hotel and Residence Phuket

The room was very large, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the first night, maintenance came quickly to unclog the shower drain. But every night, all night, something kept banging against what sounded like the hotel’s exterior wall. It was incredibly annoying, so I had to sleep with noise-cancelling earphones in each night. I finally changed hotels.

The room was comfortable, and the bus terminal is conveniently close. There isn’t much to do right around there, so it’s a good choice for a night or two.

I left an expensive ring in the room and called about it. They said they couldn't speak English, even though they had spoken it perfectly before. I was told to email and follow up after five days, but got no response. Now I assume the maid has kept it. Avoid this place, the receptionist seems to have just deleted my emails 👍

We spent 16 days here. The rooms were spacious, the pool was clean, and there were several places right beside the hotel serving good food at low prices. But our daughter's glasses went missing after she left them by the pool. There are two cameras there, yet the glasses were never returned, even after we reported it at reception. The corridor was dusty and dirty, and noise came straight through the door. At night we could hear tourists talking and banging on doors. Every morning at around 3 a.m., a rooster woke us up.
