CRAFT Resort & Villas

The rooms at CRAFT Resort & Villas were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It was easy to plan our days with tour and rental guidance available right there. The location felt a little far from the main action. Breakfast was the letdown: not much choice, and the eggs were always cold. Better breakfast would make the experience much stronger.

We were there for two nights and had a pretty good stay. The staff were welcoming and very nice, and the resort felt like good value compared with other places around phuket old town. It's cheaper because you can't walk to the old town, though it's only a quick 10-minute drive. I believe all the rooms have shared pools, which could work well for a big group.

We stayed for 8 days, and housekeeping came daily. Everything was kept fresh and neat, and the resort was clean and well maintained. Our pool access room had a very clean, well-kept pool, which made it easy to relax. The staff also surprised me with a birthday cake during our stay, a really thoughtful moment. It's peaceful at night, away from the city bustle, but still close to Phuket Old Town. Indian food options might not suit everyone, though delivery services worked perfectly and meals were easy to get sent to the resort. A calm, relaxing place with good connections. Highly recommend.

The reception team were lovely, kind, and helpful. They helped me cancel my reservation and arrange a partial refund through Booking, which I appreciated. Still, I was disappointed with the stay and wouldn't recommend this place to someone expecting a five-star experience. I booked because it was advertised as a five-star property, but it felt worn down and below that standard to me. It appears to have the same owners as Lalynn Hotel, which I found more affordable, newer, cleaner, and closer to what I consider a true five-star stay. The angled, slippery pool entrance and rusty towel racks also made things less comfortable.
