HOMA Phuket Town

Yen, Jane, Pie, Cin, and Baitoey deserve a special thank you for their kindness and wonderful hospitality. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the service and attention to detail went beyond what we expected. We had an amazing, memorable stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended! 😊

I spent seven nights at HOMA Phuket Town and found it comfortable and enjoyable. It worked especially well for a longer stay: the room had a kitchen unit, housekeeping came daily, and the hotel was spacious, clean, and cozy. Its modern design and surrounding greenery gave it a calm feel. The rooftop pool and on-site restaurant were convenient and well maintained. Phuket Town is close, and the location made it easy to get around locally, with plenty of food options and restaurants nearby. It is far from the beach, though. A few things were missing from the room by default: a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and suitcase rack. The first three were available on request. I was also disappointed that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, given how new and modern the hotel is. The service was great, and for staying near town rather than the beach, it’s clean, spacious, well serviced, and good value.

The rooftop pool was a hit with my nephew, and it’s a nice place for families. We had a happy, comfortable stay in a huge, cozy room that was sparkling clean. Mobile check-in was easy, and messaging the friendly, helpful staff through WhatsApp worked really well. A modern, stress-free choice in Phuket, highly recommend!

I’d call this hotel pretty average. The big swimming pool is nice, and there are plenty of activities and facilities, including a gym, billiards, and yoga. It has its own restaurant too. The food isn’t anything special, but it’s reasonably priced. There are lots of motorbike rental shops nearby, plus cannabis shops, and hotel guests get 10% off at Renew Spa. If you can rent and ride a motorbike, most places are 15-30 minutes away. The service was a letdown in a few ways. A female staff member called Jake or Jane seemed confused and unprofessional when I asked questions. There’s no phone in the room, and I was told to contact staff on WhatsApp, which was inconvenient since I’m not familiar with it. Some housekeeping staff were unfriendly too. When I asked them to return in 30 minutes, they looked annoyed. I still left a tip at checkout because I know their job is difficult. I was surprised that a hotel with a pool didn’t provide bathrobes or slippers. Laundry is charged by the kilo and is expensive, so using a local laundry shop outside is better.
