SINAE Phuket Luxury Hotel

What stood out most was the staff. After the first day, they greeted us by name and were consistently friendly and helpful. Our luggage didn’t make it onto our flight from the US, and we expected it might take the airlines a few days to find it and get it to Phuket. We asked for it to be delivered to Sinae and let the staff know it might arrive before us. It didn’t, but they kept us updated about its status and expected arrival, more than we heard from Singapore Air. We’d come from a lovely high-end resort on the other coast, though it was loud and crowded there, and really appreciated the peace and quiet at the Sinae. The grounds were beautiful, and watching sunrise over our pool was a highlight. It was also easy to get to Old Town Phuket.

Our room and private pool were beautiful, and the pool was clean with a lovely view. The restaurant food was delicious too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. We had a perfect honeymoon, and I’d definitely recommend trying the free kayaking and paddle boarding.

The villa views were stunning, both from the rooms and the hilltop cafe, and the cocktails were great. Breakfast is complimentary with lots to choose from, and it was lovely being close to Old Town for dinner and shopping. The private pool villas are absolutely beautiful. Since the roads and steps up the hill are so steep, you can call a golf cart and it comes right away. I was pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes weren’t much of a problem. Book excursions early, as they sell out, and the latest trips leave by 2:30 p.m. The resort has no direct beach access, and it took about an hour to drive to Patong on the other side of the island. One odd issue: all the lights turned on in the middle of the night four separate times. We called the front desk, who reset something in their system, and it didn’t happen again. It was a romantic, lovely honeymoon stay, and I’d recommend it.

We spent two magical weeks here, and the service was wonderful from the start. The sea views from our private pool and the comfortable rooms made it feel worth every penny. The food was delicious, and every staff member we met was kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a fair few massages after the first one got us hooked. The spa was stunning and the experience so relaxing. The buggy rides were fun too, like a roller coaster going down from the Hill Top cafe! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who made our trip so special, from the security guards and chefs to the housekeepers, cafe staff, restaurant team, and Spa crew. We love Thailand, and we love Sinae!
