The rooms were fabulous, with a view across all of pattaya Beach, and the staff did a very good job making them up. The shower was a pleasant surprise in Thailand, hot and fast. Reception and the lift were disappointing.

The room was nice and big, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location too, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The room and location were excellent for a Superior room. It was a little pricey, and noise carried on until about 11:30 PM.

I stayed longer than a weekend and had a great time. The room was roomy, modern, and had good lighting for whatever you might be up to ;). There’s decent WiFi and a good choice of channels, plus laundry comes back in a day. Staff were friendly and attentive. Beach Rd is just steps away, with plenty of places to eat or get a drink right outside. Guests are allowed, even several in a day. I’ll come back next time I’m in Pattaya.

They cancelled our rooms just 4 hours before we were due to arrive. When I called, they hung up while I was still talking.
