Sinae Residence

The staff made the stay: they were smiling, attentive, and available day and night, taking care of everything in the villa without intruding. Siane Residence Pool Villa was pure magic, with shimmering sea in front of us and misty mountains in the distance. It was a lovely balance of luxury, privacy, and heartfelt service. Can’t wait to return!

We booked the villa for the one day our family, flying in from around the world, would all be in Phuket together. With five ensuite bedrooms, it worked perfectly for 12 of us, including two kids. We spent the day in the pool, and the open kitchen, big dining table, and L-shaped lounge sofa made it easy to hang out together. The kids were entertained by the Nintendo Switch. The villa is right by the sea and about 15 minutes from Phuket Town. We didn’t realize how much we’d enjoy the stay, and having a live-in concierge team made a big difference in looking after us and the villa. A big thank you to Kun June and the team for making sure everyone was well taken care of. Now that we know how great it is, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

The bathroom was spacious, which I really loved. This new villa has a stunning bay view and an infinity pool. It’s very quiet and private, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the day. Butler service was convenient and helpful, with breakfast, fruit, afternoon tea, and even cocktails served.

The staff were really friendly and made our stay even better. It’s a peaceful, quiet spot, with everything you need in the new villas and awesome views. Close to Phuket Town, and handy for island hopping since it’s near Ratsada Pier.
