They gave us a room with no working AC and told us it was an AC room. When we complained, they said there was nothing they could do, leaving us in a room without AC or a fan. We left for tourist spots and returned at 12, but nobody opened the door. We sat by the road outside the hotel until 9 in the morning, when another customer came down and opened it. The staff were abusive and aggressive. They are scamming people, so please don't visit.

The staff were really rude, and they gave us a room with broken AC even though they knew about it. The hotel is far from the city. I don't recommend this place at all.

I stayed for a week. The staff were very friendly, and the buildings are really nice.

Room cleaning was terrible. I found a plastic bag in the corner of the bed. The staff's attitude was poor too, and they can be rude and aggressive. They shouldn't take it out on customers. Please improve this. 😅

The room looked clean, but the accommodation's service was terrible. They confirmed my booking, then let another customer stay instead.
