The resort gave our family a nice sense of privacy, and the pool was lovely. They even gave us a birthday cake, which was so kind. The only downside was the 1,000 baht deposit, which felt quite high, though it was okay. We'd definitely come back and stay again. No regrets.

The pool was amazing, the food was great, and the staff were friendly. It was comfortable and in a great location, with a perfect vibe. I loved staying here and plan to come back next year.

I arrived at about 3 AM in heavy rain and was told I had to leave a cash deposit for the key. They wouldn't take a card or hold my passport as a guarantee, and they wouldn't let me wait until morning to get cash. Instead, they insisted I go find an ATM in the rain in the middle of the night. It was a scary, sad night. The place has potential, which makes this a shame. Their lack of flexibility and empathy, especially with late-night check-ins, was unacceptable. Travelers deserve better treatment at that hour.

Everything you need is nearby, and one of the best beaches isn't far away. The hotel itself is great, with a lovely garden and a really comfortable place to stay.

The quiet, relaxing feel at Alphabeto was just what we wanted, and the pool was a great place to unwind. If you want a livelier evening, there are bars and restaurants nearby. The "Villa with garden view" was beautiful, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices each morning. We did want to have lunch at the hotel on two evenings, but there wasn't a cook available either time. Even so, we had a great stay and would happily come back.
