Pimrada Hotel

Good stay in a very convenient location, with good staff. Eren was especially helpful and sorted out whatever we needed. I only wish there had been tea and coffee in the room, and the bathroom could use improvement.

The shower was awkward to use, the faucet was hard to control, water got out of the shower area, and the drain didn't work well. Both rooms we stayed in smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the one with a balcony and the one without a window. They also looked old, with stains on the walls. The hotel is cute, but felt dated, and the value for money could have been better. Renovations and better upkeep would likely improve the stay a lot.

The room was cozy and very clean, and the area was great. Nutt at reception was amazing. She suggested so many lovely places around Patong, from delicious restaurants and nice beaches to bars and nightlife. I really appreciated her kindness. I'll be back 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The two receptionists, a boy and a girl, were consistently kind and professional. The hotel's location is also very good. But the facilities were in poor shape and fell short of expectations: the floor was uneven, the sheets had yellow stains, the towels were torn, and the walls were marked and dirty. The bathroom was in bad condition, especially the shower and mirror. The property feels dated and urgently needs renovation. It's a shame, because significant improvements are needed to provide a proper guest experience.
