The views are amazing, and we had a good four-day stay. The villa is laid out in separate areas, with a family room, bedroom or bedrooms, and an outdoor kitchen. Each suite’s bathroom is outside the air-conditioned rooms. Some ceilings on the stairs and in the bathrooms are low, so anyone over 5'9 could hit their head hard. There’s no private beach. Getting to the beach means taking a fairly difficult hiking path. Fishing is okay, but reaching either the beach fishing walk, about 6 minutes, or the rocks, about 9 minutes, is also a tough hike. The tide can make it challenging. The staff are friendly and live on the property, which is useful for light security. They make cereal for breakfast and clean the room daily, whether or not you want them to.

Stayed here with friends or family in mind, it’s a lovely beach house for a Phuket trip. The view is amazing and you can go straight to the beach. Would come back.
