Benjamas Place

I spent a week here and had a really good stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the people managing the place were great and helpful. See you on my next trip :)

I’ve been here six months and love it. The room is clean and good, with a great bed, and the area is quiet and well located. The owner and cleaning lady are very caring. The pool is small, but nice.

The room and bathroom are as expected, and the place is clean. The bed is typical for this standard and, thankfully, doesn’t smell. But the kitchen only has a microwave and electric kettle, with no hot plate, pots, or anything else to cook with. The internet is pretty much useless. When it works, it’s unbelievably slow, and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. The pool is only open for a few hours in the morning and late afternoon, so I can’t use it during the hottest part of the day when I have a break between classes. The pool hours are disappointing. They don’t have scooters anymore, though you can rent one nearby for 4000 baht for two weeks. With no way to cook and such poor Wi-Fi, I can’t imagine staying here long term.

I spent three days here, and it felt like home. The room was cozy, the bed really soft, and the place is basically like an apartment. There’s a balcony with a small kitchen and chairs, with room for maybe two or three guests. The location is very quiet and great for relaxing, though you’ll need a vehicle to get around. The pool is open 8am to 12pm, then 3pm to 6pm. You can use the washing machine for 40B.
