Comfy Condo With Nice Mountain View at Rawai Beach

We loved the seafood options nearby, with so many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless and comfortable, with excellent WiFi, a pool, and kitchen facilities. It’s also just minutes from beautiful beaches, so morning walks by the water and afternoons by the sea were easy. Promthep Cape lookout is close, too, and the sunsets there are breathtaking, a must-see while staying in Rawai. Fantastic location and surroundings. We’d absolutely stay again.

We stayed for two weeks and found apartment 311 clean, well equipped, and great for a family with a small child. Check-in was smooth, cleaning happened regularly, and there was even a blender. We’d been a bit concerned by the low Google rating, but the apartment was great. The location was excellent, with convenient parking and Rawai’s key spots nearby. Promthep Cape and Yanui Beach are just 2 minutes away by scooter, with amazing sunsets. Big thanks to the team for the great service!

The owner called me names and then threatened me when I asked about the cockroach in the flat and how they planned to deal with it. It was a big one behind the bed and had clearly been there a while. We paid over $1000 for 16 days, and the stay was awful. The hosts didn’t seem to care about their guests. We booked a flat with pool access, but the pool was dirty and unusable. After moving to their second flat, we had no extra bedclothes until they finally sent them two days later. The air conditioner in the second room broke and leaked onto the bed. A sofa in that room broke just after I sat down. I’m not heavy, and I didn’t jump on it. The furniture was old, the paint was coming off the chairs, and the bar chairs were missing pieces of leather. After all that, they had the nerve to request over $180 on AirBnB for the chairs and bedclothes, which were already in poor condition.

We enjoyed our holiday in Phuket and liked staying in RBC condo. The fully furnished place and the area worked well for us. 711 and Tops, both open 24/7, are just down the street, along with a nail and massage place, a barbershop, fitness, and a few restaurants. Rawai beach is a short walk away, with lots more restaurants and shops. I liked that our street was quiet and outside the center itself. I’d give the location a 10.
