Elite Atoll Serviced Apartments Phuket

I loved the gym and classes, and the pool and bar/restaurant were great too. The staff made a strong impression, everyone I met was welcoming, professional, and genuinely lovely. My room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and all the facilities were kept in excellent condition. Everything matched the description and even surpassed what I expected, so it felt like a luxury stay. This was my second visit, and I'll definitely come back on my next trip.

We had plenty of room for our two kids in the two bedroom suite, and the rooms were very clean. The location worked well, the gym was great, and both pools were a good size for us. Most of all, the reception staff were kind and helpful when we arrived early with our exhausted toddler. They did their best to get us into the room as soon as possible so our little one could nap. We'd highly recommend Elite Atoll.

The apartment style room had a separate bedroom and living space, and the bathtub on the balcony was a lovely touch. During my week here, I also enjoyed the two restaurants: one by the gym with healthy, balanced meals, and another on the rooftop beside the pool and bar, with lovely views and atmosphere. The fitness center is modern, well equipped, and suited to serious training. Service was excellent throughout, with staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. It's especially good for active guests, though the whole property is at a high standard. This is one of my favorite places I've stayed in Thailand, and I'd gladly return and recommend it.

We had a cot and high chair throughout our stay, which made things easier for our group traveling with a 15 month old. We used both a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. The ocean view apartment only had a very small glimpse of the sea, but that didn't really matter because the staff and amenities more than made up for it. Zoe greeted us with a smile each day and was always helpful, while Wai Wai, K, Amy, and the cleaning team all went above and beyond. We had a great time and would recommend the place to anyone looking in the area.
