The private Beach is nice, Pink Salmon Restaurant beside it is wonderful, and the pool is good for exercise. After we were moved, the New room facing the Beach was enjoyable. But it took a formal complaint covering all our problems to get the hotel to react, and the free upgrade was the point when the service finally became acceptable. Before that, there was no help with our taxi or luggage, and breakfast was practically inedible. Staff had very little English. The shaving kit we asked for never came, and even after three requests housekeeping still hadn’t cleaned the room properly. It didn’t get much sunlight, and the whirlpool was poor quality and unstable, literally movable. The beach setup was a complete failure: I estimated just 30 sunbeds for about 400 guests. Reception specifically promised two beds right away, but they never arrived despite our follow-ups. For a place rated five stars, it failed in almost every category. It’s definitely not a five-star hotel.

Aeh C and Natty at the lounge deserve a special thank you. They were friendly, polite, and kept checking whether we needed help. They were also patient and kind with our children, which meant a lot to us as a family. All the staff were warm and attentive, and their care made the stay and our trip memorable. We’d love to come back and would highly recommend the hotel.

My son absolutely loved the iconic pool, and the resort’s bright, airy feel made it a lovely family getaway. I was also drawn to its modern, minimalist architecture, which was just what I wanted. The facilities were top-notch, but the hospitality stood out most. Aeh C was attentive, professional, and warm, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her service felt thoughtful and genuine. Thanks to the team, especially Aeh C, for making our Pattaya trip so special. Highly recommended.

The food was a real surprise. Every Thai dish was delicious and beyond what I expected from a hotel, and it came out quickly. The restaurant staff were attentive and enthusiastic, too. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a modern style, clean, and pleasantly scented. The mattress and linens were so soft and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and impressive, with friendly, smiling front desk staff who explained things enthusiastically and helpfully. The bell captain was excellent and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed and would recommend the hotel.

The service made the stay especially memorable. Natty, Aey, and Ket were so nice, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and their warm, service-minded approach lifted the whole experience. I stayed in the Poolside Cabana King and loved its spacious, beautiful design and direct access to the pool. It felt private and peaceful, just right for unwinding. The exclusive extras were a treat too: Afternoon Tea and free-flow alcoholic drinks with snacks at The Privy from 6:00-7:30 PM. Everything was nicely presented and delicious, and the atmosphere added to it. I had a fantastic stay at Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya and would recommend Ana Anan for a relaxing beachfront escape in Pattaya.
