Mosquitoes were everywhere, and holes in every insect screen made them useless. The fan above the pergola didn't work, and when we asked about it, we were told it couldn't be fixed. They cleaned the place twice a week, but the spider webs stayed in the same spots, so I'm not sure what the cleaning accomplished. Electricity was an extra charge and expensive. There are better places to stay in Phuket.
