We got no reply when we messaged the staff, even though all three bathrooms had no water for half a day. The concierge, Ogie, also accused us of dirtying the bed sheets and tried to charge us, though the stains had been there since check-in. A few hours later he messaged my friend demanding 4000 baht for dirty towels. The photos made it obvious the towel wasn’t from our villa, and all the pictures he sent were from another property. Highly do not recommend. Stay away.

The accommodation was adequate, but the advertised pictures don’t accurately show its condition.

The living room sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and only seats three, even though the house is meant for six. That left three of us without a seat, which was very inconvenient. We’d already paid, but were then forced to pay extra for the property’s electricity, which wasn’t advertised. We were completely overcharged. What a scam and a joke.

Keep in mind the two rooms are separate from the rest of the house indoors. To get to them, you have to go outside, so they’re more like an annex.
