Ka Villa Amazing 4Bedroom Villa In Rawai

Villa 5 was amazing, and the view was gorgeous. The security guards can be a bit tricky, but otherwise everything was amazing.

Villa nr 2 was a really good experience. It was clean and quiet, and the location was great. The pool was kept very clean, with someone coming every second day to clean the water. During our seven-day stay, they also came twice that week to clean the whole place. Jenna, the owner, is sweet, helpful and very easy to communicate with. Everything was good. Definitely recommend it!😊🤩😉

We stayed at villa 33. It wasn't clean at all, and the marks on the bed made me worry there were bed bugs because of how itchy I got. The pool chlorine was so harsh that our hair and swimsuits were damaged, and our skin kept itching for days. The AC units are all about 1 ton, so it was definitely hot. Every bathroom stinks. They charge 1100 bhat for cleaning each day.

The staff were warm and attentive, and could help arrange activities, transportation and even private chef services. The villas combine a modern, minimal design with tropical surroundings. Each has a private pool, a well-kept garden and roomy, comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and quality furnishings. The living room and kitchen have the appliances and dining space you might need, and the layout works well for families, friends or couples. There’s a nice balance of luxury and a home-like atmosphere, with thoughtful design and practical details. It makes for a memorable stay, whether short or long.
