The pool and tanning area weren't much good, but the area as a whole was a great place to stay. It depends on which room you get and who you're renting from: my first room was too small to relax in, while the second was big and perfect. Neither was loud, and I barely heard anything outside except the occasional motorbike in the parking area.

The location is good and the Wi-Fi is fast, but the place is very overpriced and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms are tiny for the price, though monthly rent is available. We're in our second week and the bedsheets are still dirty and have holes, so bring your own. The gym is half broken, with only a few dumbbells, and looks like it hasn't been renovated since opening. The 4th-floor pool is next to construction and full of dust. There's just one sunbed and no umbrellas. If every other condo is full, it might do, but otherwise I'd avoid it. You're paying for a tiny 20m2 room and getting very useless shared areas as a bonus.

We stayed in a well-kept studio with a simple kitchen, though the rooms come in different sizes. The condos are good value and very close to Nai Harn beach. The building has a ground-floor pool and a rooftop one, but there's nowhere to sit at the rooftop pool, and the sun terrace furniture seems to have been taken away long ago. The facilities are reasonable overall, with two gyms that have enough for a very basic workout. There's lots of parking, which makes it a good choice if you have a car. The building design seems prone to moisture and condensation, so damp can be an issue. Wi-Fi worked very well in our unit. There's also a coffee shop next door, okay but a bit overpriced.

My room was nice, but the condo itself doesn't seem well maintained. The pool was always dirty, and there's nowhere to leave your things while you swim. I wouldn't recommend it if spending time by the pool is part of your plan.
