The owner was very nice, and the food was absolutely delightful. It’s a quiet, relaxing place, though a long way from everything, so you’ll need a motorbike rental or taxi. Getting here from the airport is very expensive too. I found the rooms a little pricey for what you get. Hotel guests can use the pool for free, but the steam sauna costs 80 baht.

A great place to unwind, with spacious rooms, lovely service, a nice pool and sauna, and fantastic food. Best relaxing stay ever!

At Smile World, it feels like being at home. The setting is beautiful, the staff are so nice, and the food is just perfect.

It’s a lovely little hotel with a relaxed, friendly, family feel. The grounds and pool are well cared for, and the rooms are clean and roomy, with air conditioning that works really well. They cleaned daily, changed the towels, and left a complimentary bottle of water. There’s also a bar and restaurant, plus a sauna we didn’t try. I’d recommend it, but the checkout situation left a bad taste. After our 10-day stay, our bus wasn’t until 5 pm, yet the owner insisted we leave by noon. She charged 100 baht for each extra hour, so staying until 5 cost 500 baht. I wish she’d offered some consideration.
