Great spot near the sea, in a very quiet area close to friendship beach.

It was a decent, clean house, and the pool was nice. The air conditioning in one room didn't work, so they put in a fan instead. We moved out afterward. There was also a cockroach once. We didn't get enough towels or toilet paper, and everything came at an extra charge. The location was okay, though it's on a busy street with hardly any shops within walking distance. A beach with ebb and flow is walkable.

We rented villa number 35. It's spacious and lovely, spread over four floors, with a private garage, a billiards room and a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and beautiful views. Short stays don't come with cleaning service, but I'd recommend the villa. It's in a quiet, low-key area close to Kata and Rawai Beach.
