The condo was cozy, well furnished, and a very good deal. It's secure and well managed, with convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and other facilities close by. Rawai Beach is right across the road, and the rest of the area is nearby too. My unit was serviced once during my week-long rental, so don't expect daily housekeeping. This isn't a hotel.

Huge condos, with a contemporary design and everything from a cup to a shower cap included. They can be serviced on request, and the duty manager is available with a quick message. The property has Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a pool, security, and access to a public beach. Great value, and I can't fault it apart from the nearest laundry being a bit far away. There are restaurants along Rawai Beach, plus convenience stores and ATMs nearby, so you can just eat, sleep, and walk. Smiles and thumbs up!

We only meant to stay two nights, but it turned into three weeks. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. Great location and amazing value, 10/10.

The pool was really good and clean, and the place in Rawai Beach was peaceful. The location wasn't bad either. I'd recommend walking to the beach road and trying the local food.

I'm not sure why this is called the Boutique and condotel, since that's the title on Rawai beach. I don't know who's trying to rename the place.
