The apartment was perfect, clean and in good shape. There are three pools and a sauna, with restaurants nearby.

It's a peaceful, tidy complex with lovely green grounds, pools and coconut palms. There are seven pools in total, including one with a slide that's great fun for kids, and a separate pool for the little ones. You can also use the sauna and gym, and there's a children's playground. Reception is in building X, and security is on duty around the clock, which made the place feel fairly safe. The beach is about a three-minute walk, with cafe Amazon, 7-11, Tops Daily and restaurants close by. My partner and I walked to Rawai Pier too, about 15 minutes from The Title V. I'd recommend it for families or a short break. It's quiet, clean and a beautiful place.

Avoid LOFTY VILLAS and the owner LIANA on AIRBNB. The host was dismissive and unhelpful. Room 456/251 in building G is run down, with dirty, marked walls and scratched, uneven floors. There was exposed metal in the floor by the balcony, and it cut my foot. Stay somewhere else!

We stayed in this apartment for a month. It's cozy, though that's a polite way of saying small. The security staff greeted us with huge smiles whenever we came in, and made the place feel like home. Five stars from me!
