The new management made a huge difference on our return with four couples. The manager was welcoming, well organized, and attentive, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We remembered Villa Salika for its incredible views and setting. It's close to the main spots, yet tucked away somewhere peaceful and private, far from Phuket's noisy tourist areas. We loved Phuket on our earlier visit too, though the management then hadn't been very accommodating. This time the villa was spotless, beautifully kept, and more luxurious than anywhere else we've stayed in Phuket, even better than we remembered. It also looks like they'd recently invested in updates. The place gives you both privacy and convenience. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

This place could be great with professional management, but our stay was a nightmare. The villa was always dirty, the maids were very rude and did only the bare minimum when cleaning. They stole from several of our rooms and even hit one of our dogs. We told the owners, but they showed no concern for us as guests. We paid over half a million baht for the stay and left a 240,000 baht deposit. Most of that was kept for "laundry services." We're just glad we moved out and don't have to deal with them anymore.
