The pool area had rows of ants, so we couldn’t lie down on the chairs, which was disappointing. Apart from that, the house was wonderful, tucked into a corner of a residential area in the Waray area. The interior was lovely, the rooms were spacious, and we could relax and enjoy ourselves. A high fence gave us privacy, and we could safely use the pool. We also recommend leaving the door open. The kitchen had the basic cookware and tableware, but no condiments, so you’ll need to bring or buy those if you plan to cook. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance, though having a car should make that manageable. Cleaning was very good, among the best of the Airbnb places we’ve stayed in.

The owners are French and very friendly. It’s a bright, white villa with a pool and barbecue. There are lots of sharp corners and steps, though, which was a concern with our small child.

We were really impressed with this fantastic villa. I could contact the owner through WhatsApp, and she always got back to me very quickly.
