I stayed in November 2020. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour and a half because they thought I was booked somewhere else, even though I’d contacted them beforehand. When staff finally arrived, they had to clean because the villa wasn’t ready. The toilet seats were broken, the router kept having problems, and no amenities were supplied. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo.

There was no TV router, and the bathroom had no light.
