Quiet, neat, and easy on the wallet.

There's a room for 5XX THB. One pillow was soft and the other firm, and the blanket didn't smell of detergent, so I wasn't sure it had been washed. The air conditioner by the monitor was noisy all night. The shower pressure was weak and the shower head should be replaced; the water heater could use instructions too. I admire the story.

It was quiet, private, and easy to stay here without any hassle. Still, 500฿ feels like too much for a late arrival. After 9 PM, check-in should cost 400฿.

The air conditioning gets very cold, the staff are friendly, and there's free coffee and Ovaltine. The food near the resort is delicious too. The room has some issues, though: no refrigerator, a broken bedside phone, and an old, damaged TV remote. The sofa is so worn and saggy that sitting on it throws off your balance. The door only has a knob lock, and you have to leave an extra 200+ baht deposit if you want a key.

The parking space is about right for a car, and the rooms are clearly separated. Getting in is a bit complicated. At night, especially if you arrive late, it's quiet.
