The inside was a great surprise. It may look old from outside, but indoors it’s clean, convenient, and has everything you need, so there’s no need to bring anything. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled the room well, and the towels and blankets smelled fresh. The owner was lovely, kind, and easy to chat with. The housekeeper was also good, always smiling and never hurrying you or pulling a face. I was really impressed. If you’re going to Saeng Chan Beach, I recommend staying here! 😍❤️👍🏻😊⛱️

There are four floors and plenty of rooms, plus a karaoke room, kitchen gear, and a BBQ grill, so it works really well for families or groups of friends. The place is very clean and reasonably priced, and the amenities and quality feel well worth the cost. The owner is kind and provides excellent service. Saengchan Beach doesn’t get many visitors, but it’s impressive once you arrive. The water is clear and shallow, and the beach is clean. Nearby you’ll find shops, a 7-Eleven, and beachfront restaurants serving fresh, tasty, clean food at good prices. The beach is just across from the accommodation, where camping tables and chairs are available. You can lay out a mat and relax for free.

It’s right on Saeng Chan Beach, with a wonderful atmosphere. The house is lovely and has everything we needed: 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a karaoke room, and a kitchen. Great for a family or a get-together with friends. The owner is very kind too. I was really impressed and will definitely come back.
