There was nobody at the reservation desk, and calls went unanswered. I tried contacting the hotel on Line while I was there, but got no reply, so I asked Agoda to reach them too. They couldn't get through either. I cancelled and received a full refund in Agoda cash. About an hour later, someone called to ask about the issue Agoda had reported and apologized. The desk really needs to be staffed. Waiting 40 minutes with no one there is unacceptable for a service business.

Clean room, hot water, and good internet, so it works as a stop before catching the Ko Samet ferry. I wouldn't stay any longer than needed, though, and wouldn't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel feels empty, and it's down a dark, somewhat unsettling alley. A big party next door kept me from sleeping well because there's no sound insulation, though it ended around 23:00.

The location is handy, right by the pier and close to a 7-11, and the room was basic for a fair price. Service could use improvement. I stayed in a 'Superior' room without a chair, which made working there difficult.

This is only suitable if all you need is a very basic place to sleep. The beds are extremely stiff, there are no chairs, and the window shades let light through. The air conditioner squeaked all night.

The location's good, right beside the pier, and the amenities were good too. I've never seen a hotel so white.
