Notice from the resort: bookings must now be made directly with us or as walk-ins. Our agreements with OYO, Agoda, Booking, and Traveloka ended about three years ago, so we no longer accept reservations through those apps. If you've already booked through one, please cancel and request your refund in that app. The resort won't handle cancellations or refunds.

I checked in just twenty minutes after booking on Agoda, but even with proof that I'd paid, they wouldn't give me the room unless I handed over another 450 baht. When I said no, they threatened to call the police. I couldn't cancel, and my money was lost. This feels like an attempt to rip guests off. Stay away from this dump. It's unbelievable this place is still listed on Agoda.

I paid Agoda in advance for a room, then at reception a woman told me they weren't with Agoda anymore and wouldn't return my money, saying I had to sort it out with Agoda. I happened to see two police officers just after leaving and explained what had happened. They ended up getting my money refunded. Be careful, this felt like a scam.

The room was roomy and the air conditioning worked well, but the bed was hard. I booked through the app and couldn't cancel because of the contract.

I love this place so much! With school holidays and the beach so close, it's hard to find a room in this condition at this price.
