Once I moved, the room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The move itself was easy because the staff responded quickly and handled it professionally after I mentioned the noise in my original room. They were friendly and attentive throughout, and took my concern seriously. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the place for its customer service.

Mr. Goh, the manager, quickly sorted out my booking after I realized I had chosen the wrong dates. He also thoughtfully put our elderly guests on the same floor and gave us a small upgrade. The room is clean and comfortable, and we’ve had a very pleasant stay at Eastin Hotel so far, with a great ocean view. The front desk and bellmen have been friendly and excellent. Highly recommended!

The Christmas decorations were amazing, and we took lots of photos. We also had a refreshing drink at the hotel restaurant. The beach was lovely, with calm water and a beautiful view, and all the staff were friendly and efficient. A nice, quiet place for a relaxing holiday.

I loved staying here, and it felt worth the price. There’s a spacious lawn in front and a beautiful chapel. The hotel sits beside a public beach that wasn’t very busy. Rooms are large, the showers and amenities are great, and breakfast and facilities were good too. Having a car is convenient here.

Phayun beach stays peaceful all day, and volleyball is the outdoor sport here. This is a beachfront resort in a newly renovated building. I really liked the Thai-style breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty. The beach isn’t private, but the setting is quiet and well located.
