At 33.80 sq.m., the accommodation is spacious, clean, and quiet, with a fitness room and a large pool. Rent is affordable at 6000-6500 baht per month. Nearby are HomePro Rayong, Laem Thong Rayong (Passion Rayong) shopping mall, Assumption Rayong School, St. Joseph Rayong School, and the Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization.
I was extremely disappointed. I drove all the way from Samut Prakan to Rayong, using a lot of fuel, only to discover there was no room available despite booking through Agoda. It was awful. The pictures didn't match the actual place, and the pool was closed and unusable. They communicated with me while I was booking, but once I'd transferred the money, they said there was no room. It was the worst experience. The drive was very far, and it took almost three months to get my refund from Agoda. I even filed a police report in Rayong. I've never had an experience like this before.
Room 410 was clean, though there was nowhere in the bathroom to set towels or clothes. Tea and coffee were supplied, but there wasn't a kettle, and the sink leaked underneath.
You can unwind here without being right by the beach. It's quiet, feels safe, and offers plenty of privacy.
Right in central Rayong, this condo is peaceful and has all the amenities you need.
