Really nice and not too far from the center. It’s only 500 baht a night. But their contract with booking.com has ended and the website still lists the hotel, so if you book there, the hotel won’t get any money. You need to book directly with them.

The reception staff should pay more attention to guests than their phones. The night shift guy was on his phone instead. It gets really loud, though with hotels in Thailand that seems common now. Staff aren’t attentive, and it feels like everything here is set up to get more money out of you. Bring your own toaster and kettle. I couldn’t even get a bowl for my son’s cereal. There are no coffee facilities except at reception, and only from 6:30am until some unspecified time. They also run a cafe across from reception, but I couldn’t see any prices displayed. It gets noisy when rooms are being made up during the day, with lots of people gathering at reception. I think they should be more considerate of guests. It feels like kids are running the place.

The room was clean and the location peaceful. Having our own car made it easy enough to get to town and the beaches. The pool area is short on space, so there aren't any sun loungers. Still, good value and we'd happily stay again.

There were plenty of places to eat just a minute or two away by car, and the resort itself was lovely and green, with a really clean pool. We spent seven nights there. Our family room had lots of space, and they added an extra bed for us.
