Staff and the room were okay, but I strongly disapprove of the owner's behavior. I went outside for an hour and left the air conditioning on, and he shouted at me and used very rude words in Thai, apparently thinking I wouldn't understand. It was humiliating. Isn't it a customer's right to leave the air on for a few minutes? Hotel guests sometimes forget to switch off lights or air conditioning. Does he insult Thai customers the way he insulted me? I've been in Thailand for 30 years, and this is the first time anyone has been so rude to me. This review is only about the owner's behavior, and I wanted to say publicly that I was treated unfairly.

The walls seem paper thin. I could hear people in the next room talking clearly, and it was really irritating. It feels like the walls barely block any sound.
