The Park Avenue Serviced Residence

There's plenty of parking, getting around is convenient, and Laem Thong Shopping Mall isn't far away. Restaurants are on the ground floor, and the place is quiet and works well for a family break. My room was clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. The only reason I'd take off a point is a bit of dust on the floor. Housekeeping could change the mop and clean more thoroughly, but overall it was good.

It worked out very well when I arranged for my relatives to stay there for 1-2 months during the Bangkok floods. The rooms were a reasonable size, neither too small nor too big, and the price was fair. It's near the city center, with food easy to find, which made the stay convenient.

The room felt quite old, and its air conditioner was loud without cooling well. That might only be true of some rooms.

The food tasted good, though the prices were a little high. Baked spinach with cheese cost over 300 baht.
