The water pressure is the one good point. The room feels cramped, there's no fridge, coffee, or hot water, and the drinking water should be better. At 1,000 baht, I'd expect something more than just a place to shower and sleep. A fridge and kettle would help.

It's fine for a quick, convenient stop, and having a 7-Eleven right next door is a real plus. The AC cools well and the water pressure is strong. For two people, the small, cramped room costs 800 baht a night; a room for four is 1,500 baht a night. Neither price includes a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle. There aren't any trees, so the place gets very hot during the day. This is budget accommodation, and acceptable for a short stay.

Great atmosphere for taking it easy on a day off. It's close to the beach, with a 7-Eleven, plenty of parking, and a squid fishing spot nearby. Very convenient. There's no fridge.

The water pressure is really strong, but the room and property are in rough shape. The stairs are cracked, the bench outside the room is rusty, and the old toilet seat has stains that won't come off. It's a small room with a TV, power strip, bed, pillows, blankets, towels, soap, shampoo, towel rack, AC, and private bathroom. We had to switch air conditioners twice before finding one that worked, and even that only cooled the room at night. It's very hot during the day because there aren't enough trees for shade.

Small room, no fridge, and no bathroom fan. Otherwise it's okay, with lots of parking and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
