Room 2D was in rough shape: the air conditioning didn't cool, the toilet was blocked, and the sink was leaking. Around 2 a.m. we heard heavy footsteps overhead. It surprised us since the hotel is single-storey, and we still can't work out what made the noise. A spooky place! It's away from the main road, though the 10-minute drive to Robinson was worth it.

Staff were friendly, and the keycard doors stay locked at night, which was reassuring. The room was clean and the location near the city centre was handy, with a reasonable price. Wi-Fi is available but a bit slow. No hair dryer, though.

The people are nice, and the rooms are big, well furnished, and have mood lighting. Service felt a little awkward, but give them time to adapt. Breakfast is the one weak point, though it's okay.

A quiet, lovely place just outside Roi Et, with spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

You'll need a car since it's out of the way. The place is clean, tidy, and modern, and the price is great value. Breakfast is simple.
