There’s no restaurant, but you can buy snacks and drinks at the office. The rooms are very clean and arranged like mini bungalows. Beds were comfortable, not the rock-hard kind common in budget hotels. Terra Villa is a reasonable basic place to stay in Chok Chai.

If you just need a nice bungalow and have your own transport or supplies, this place should work. It’s on a busy road with no shops nearby. These are just rooms, not what I’d call a resort. The reception staff were pleasant, and the reception fridge is the only place to get snacks and drinks. Rooms were very nice and modern, with a large bathroom and bed, a fridge, TV, and Wi-Fi, though the connection was very slow.

There’s a laid-back atmosphere, and plenty of green space where children can run around. Terra Villa is a handy alternative to hotels around Korat, with small chalets of about 30 square metres. They’re basic but functional, with a shower bathroom, TV, kettle, and king-size bed. Most guests seem to be Thai. Breakfast isn’t provided, and the price is 550 baht per room per night.
