Amenity Apartel Samui

We ended up with food poisoning for a couple of days, and the staff went out of their way to help us. It was one of the highlights of our week in Samui. The place is quiet, close to the beach, and near plenty of places to eat, including two markets. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice. The rooms are fairly new, spacious, nicely done, and have what you need, like a large closet, mini fridge, and cable TV. You can get towels at reception. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they arranged an airport taxi at a great price. I wish I’d arranged one for our arrival too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, next to a nice local restaurant and a 7/11, with the night market and beach only five minutes away. Staff were lovely and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. The pool was beautiful too. A few amenities were a bit old, but still worked perfectly well.

The staff were brilliant with my little girl, who had just started crawling. We asked for an extra blanket to cushion the floor, and less than five minutes later they brought a proper playmat and a toy for her. The pool needs some care. A few chairs are broken, and the edge doesn’t feel very stable. I couldn’t get in and out while holding my daughter on my own.

We’d book here again. The rooms were spacious and had balconies, with a shared pool downstairs. They cleaned regularly, and the staff were very friendly.
