I paid 450 baht, with a 200 baht key card deposit that was returned at checkout. The room was spacious and clean, smelled lovely when I opened the door, and had cool air conditioning, strong water pressure, a soft bed, and a thick blanket. Best of all, the bathroom had no odor. There was a key card entry system and power outlets by the bed, plus a hair dryer, coffee, drinking water, and a hot water kettle. Food was reasonably priced too. The reception and service were excellent. They also gave me coupons for coffee and drinks, or for hanging out at the cafe. The salad there was delicious, honestly! There’s a little cafe corner for photos as well. For 450 baht, I haven’t found anywhere else with such convenient facilities. I’ve delivered packages across every province, and this place’s service and price really impressed me. I’ve pinned it and will stay again when I’m delivering in the Isaan region. I’d recommend it to salespeople, casual travelers, and women traveling alone. It felt safe to me.

I stayed for 15 days and felt right at home. The room was clean and smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of privacy. The bathrooms were clean too. Breakfast was bread, which was tasty and reasonably priced. The owner, staff, and housekeeper all looked after me so well, and I’m grateful to everyone. They also drove me to and from Roi Et Airport. In the mornings they offered a ride to work, then a shuttle back at night. It cost about the same as Grab and saved me time. I loved that service. The whole stay was beyond words, 100 out of 100 with no deductions! Five stars, and I’ll definitely come back. 🩵

The owner and staff were so kind. My room was new and clean, with a big bathroom that made for a relaxing shower. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was ice cold. I’d stay again if I get the chance.

At just 450-500 baht, this place is such a good deal. I come here often: parking is easy, the rooms are clean and fully equipped, and there are family rooms too. Breakfast comes with bread, plus discount coupons. The service is excellent, and there are lots of pretty spots for photos. Where else do you get all that? 🥰
