It’s easy to get a tuktuk, and there are food shops and 7e nearby for convenience shopping. The location is strategic, and I was very satisfied with the hotel’s service. The rooms are spacious, and it’s easy to find facilities in the Hollywood hotel area.

During Songkran, guests from Hollywood hotel went to the small Florida hotel across the street to ask for water and use its rubbish bins. Even the simple gesture of providing water and a bin was missing here, while Florida did both. Compared with other smaller hotels, the service here wasn’t up to par. It’s shameful for such a big hotel to provide worse service than a small one, though the hotel itself was okay.

Food is easy to find within 30 meters, and a popular money changer is just two shops away. The location is strategic.

One of the night shift staff is very rude and keeps shouting at customers as if she owns the hotel. The morning shift staff, though, are super friendly and kind 🙏🏻.

Pick your room carefully if you’re with parents and children. Some rooms have nude paintings on the walls, and there are sexy ladies around the hotel. Apart from that, it’s a nice, clean hotel for bachelors.
