The location is convenient, but at this price I wouldn’t return. The room didn’t look anything like the photos, and the noise from the main road was bad, especially late at night when motorcycles and tuk-tuks accelerated by. The bathroom felt dated, with poor lighting and layout. The towel rack was across the room, so after a shower the bathroom ended up soaked. Cleanliness was disappointing too: there was a wrapper and crumbs on the couch when I checked in, and the towels and sheets were stained. The staff were kind, but less helpful and attentive than at cheaper nearby hotels. I arrived with two large suitcases, and neither of the two front-desk workers offered to hold the door or help with the bags. You can find better hotels for this price elsewhere in Asok.

The beds were very hard, and the room looked different from the photos online, which was especially disappointing because I paid extra based on them. The shower was the worst we had during our month-long trip. With no curtain, I had to point the showerhead awkwardly into a corner and face the wall to avoid flooding the bathroom. Water pressure kept shifting between weak and strong, and the temperature was hard to control. It was a frustrating stay, and I wouldn’t come back.

Just about a five-minute walk from Asok BTS, so the location is excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a small pantry area, a kettle, and even a balcony, which is unusual at this price. The toilet and shower were decent too. The towels felt a bit old, and the pantry had no cutlery or utensils. Still, good value and convenient.

Getting around was easy, with both Asok and Sukhumvit stations close by. I really enjoyed staying here: the room was roomy and clean, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The check-in and room were fine, but leaving was a letdown. I was only five minutes early for checkout, yet the service felt unwelcoming. That was a disappointing end to an otherwise okay stay and left me with a poor final impression of the property.
